Cancellation has to be made via e-mail or fax within 15 days of the reservation, not including the day of cancellation; falling this or in the case of cancellations made later or earlier departures, the entire sum will be debited less the prepaid deposit.
Payment
It is requested that the total bill is paid in advance on the evening prior to departure between 6 and 8pm. If possible, the proprietors prefer payment in cash but Visa, Mastercard and American Express are also accepted with an additional commission of 3,5%.
