Prices per room, per night, valid all year round. Breakfast is included in the B&B rooms. For long stays, write to us and we will send you a quote.

Florence city tourist tax is not included and is payable on arrival.
Policies
Check-in and check-out
- Check-in from 1:30 pm to 7:30 pm — no arrivals after 7:30 pm
- Check-out from 6:00 am to 10:00 am
Cancellation
Cancellations must be sent by e-mail at least 15 days before arrival, not counting the day of cancellation. For later cancellations or early departures the full amount of the stay will be charged, less the deposit already paid.
Payment
The balance is to be paid in advance or at the latest on the evening before departure, between 6 pm and 8 pm. Cash and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) are accepted.
Breakfast
Breakfast is included in the room rate and is served at a bakery‑patisserie‑wine bar on the corner of the street, from 8 am to 12 noon.
Keys
Every guest receives their own key on arrival and is completely independent during the stay, with no curfew.
